FCS cricket team moved into the Pre Quarter Finals of the Cry Cadence Cup.They defeated ICICI BANK by 6 wickets.

FCS captain won the toss and decided to field on a Wet pitch.The decision paid of and soon ICICI were 4 down for 32 runs.It was then Anirvan Singh took control of the match and took 4 wickets. He was well supported by fine bowling from Mohan, Rahul and Vinay who took 2 wickets each. ICICI Team was all out for 138 runs in 24.2 overs.

The fielding was at its best there were as many as 4 good catches taken. Well done Jawed, Abhijeet, Anirvan and Animesh.

While batting FCS started on a good note with the opening pair of Jawed and Parakh scoring 30 runs,but then Jawed got out and it was again Anirvan who batted well and scored 33 runs he was well supported by Rajeev who came after the loss of Parakh and Vinay's wicket.Rajeev finished the match quickly scoring 34 runs of 16 balls.FCS won the match by 6 wickets.

Anirvan was named Man Of The Match for his All-round Performance(Scoring 33 runs and taking 4 wickets for 24 runs in his 5 over's)

Guys well done but we need to work harder in order to get the trophy.
